Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

Notice: Participants must provide notice of cancellation at least 05 days before the event to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Amount: Refunds will be processed minus a 50% administrative fee.

No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
2. Cancellation by Gondwana Collective

Full Refund: If an event is canceled by Gondwana Collective, participants will receive a full refund.

Notification: Participants will be notified of cancellations via email.
3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 05 business days of cancellation.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
